yea its a guide of npcs that drop while im doing slay tasks so here you are:
please add to it

Steel dragon:
ruined dragon armour lump
dragon bones x2
steel bars noted x5

corporeal dragon:
all sigils
bless spirit shield
ashes

bandos

super restore (4)
Bandos hilt
Bandos tassets
Bandos chestplate
Bandos boots
Godsword shards (1,2,3 i think all of them)

Dark Beasts:
Dark bow
Dragon arrows (5)
Rune med
Rune spear
(others too, just cant remember)

Nechyrael:
Rune boots
Dragon boots

I can also do some barrows pieces and how common if you like? But the ones listed are some interesting ones. Very Happy
